ブシロードによる「DJ」をテーマにした新たなメディアミックスプロジェクト「D4DJ」に登場する、全国からオーディションで選ばれた才能豊かな少女たちによる新星ユニット「Photon Maiden」。未来感のあるビジュアルと一糸乱れぬパフォーマンスでフロアを魅了するPhoton Maidenから2nd Singleがリリース!! ユニット音楽プロデューサーは、TVアニメ「D4DJ First Mix」監督でもある水島精二が担当。表題曲の「Be with the world」は、時計の秒針の音から始まる、神秘的な世界観の1曲。全編英語で綴られた歌詞を、デジタルサウンドとアコースティックサウンドが織りなすメロディーに乗せて届ける。カップリングの「Wonder Wonder Trip」は、浮遊感の中にも疾走感を感じさせるアレンジが心地よい。夢見がちな少女を想わせるキュートな歌詞にも注目だ。
